Where do I meet the band on Carnival Monday and Tuesday?

Is there somewhere I can store my backpack on the road?

SPIRIT Mas doesn’t offer any facilities for backpack storage on the road or at our parks. All masqueraders are responsible for their backpacks throughout the day.

Please note, any backpack placed on a SPIRIT truck or cart is done so at the discretion of the masquerader with the understanding that there is no process in place for it to be returned to its rightful owner.

Costume Distribution
When is my final costume payment due?

Costumes must be paid in full by January 31, 2026. There will be no payments accepted at the Costume Distribution center.

How can I pay for my costume?

Payments for your costume can be made via our web and mobile app using your credit card.

Payments at the SPIRIT Mas Campus can be made using both credit card and LINX (cash and cheques are not accepted as forms of payment).Please note, payments will not be accepted at the Costume Distribution center.

When does Costume Distribution take place?

Costume distribution will take place at MovieTowne, POS, from Monday, February 9 to Friday, February 13.

Stay tuned for details related to specific section dates.

What do I need to have with me to collect my costume?

To successfully check-in at costume distribution you must present:
- Your SPIRIT Mas app profile QR Code. Please download the app before checking in at the Distribution Center.
- One form of government issued ID

I'm not able to collect my costume on my section's scheduled date, what do I do?

Please note the following as it relates to costume collection:
- Costumes can be collected on or after your section’s designated day.
- Masqueraders collecting on their designated day will be given priority.
- If you’re unable to arrange collection by Friday, February 13, please contact us at info@spiritmas.com.

Can someone else collect my costume for me?

Yes, third parties can collect costumes on behalf of a masquerader. In order to do so the individual will need to be added as an Authorized Collector for the respective costume. Follow these steps to authorize collection.

Collector – Request authorization
- Create your SPIRIT Mas profile at app.spiritmas.com (if you don’t already have one).
- Click on the Profile icon in the top left, then select Authorized Collectors.
- Enter the same credentials you use to log into your SPIRIT Mas account.
- Enter your national ID number.
- Click Add Package.
- Enter the SPIRIT User ID and the Order ID of the package being collected. (If you are collecting multiple packages, repeat steps 5 and 6.)

Masquerader – Accept authorization request
- Open your profile.
- Tap the QR code icon.
- Tap Third Party Pick-Up Requests.
- Approve the request.

I purchased my costume from a third party, what do I need to do to ensure I am authorized to collect it?

SPIRIT Mas cautions against purchasing costumes outside of official channels. However, if you have purchased a costume from a third party and will be collecting it, you will need to be added as an Authorized Collector for that costume by following the instructions outlined above.

I can no longer play mas, can I get a refund?

We're so sorry you aren't able to join us for Carnival 2026, however, as stated in our Terms & Conditions, costume sales are final and non-refundable.

I made a down payment on my costume but will no longer be playing mas, can I get a refund?

As outlined in the Terms & Conditions, costume down payments are non-refundable. If you will no longer be playing with SPIRIT Mas you have the option to resell your costume via your Playmas profile.

My costume doesn't fit, what do I do?
View

We apologize for the inconvenience if your costume isn't a perfect fit but, as outlined during the registration process, some of our pieces come in size ranges so minor adjustments may be required. Please contact our Customer Service hotline at +1 (868) 432-2949 or visit our Distribution Center for assistance.

What do I do if I missed my collection date?

You can collect your costume on any Distribution day after the assigned date for your section. Please note however, that priority is given to masqueraders collecting on their designated day.

Where do I meet the band on Carnival Monday and Tuesday?

Fatima Grounds will be SPIRIT Mas' home base on both Carnival Monday and Carnival Tuesday.

What time does Mas begin?
View

On Carnival Monday the SPIRIT Mas experience begins with an all-inclusive brunch starting at 10AM. We hit the road at 1 PM with no more stops for the rest of the day. On Carnival Tuesday we depart Fatima Grounds at 7AM to head to the Savannah Stage.
