Spirit Mas Profile Information: Costume details (size, section, etc.), band registration details, and other information required to manage your participation.

Payment Information: We use third-party payment processors to handle all costume payments, merchandise purchases, and ticket sales. We do not store your full credit card or debit card numbers. We will only store a transaction ID, the type of card used, and the last four digits of the card number for payment confirmation and record-keeping purposes.

Communications: Information you provide when you contact us for support or other inquiries.

B. Non-Personal Information

Device and Usage Information: Information about how you access and use the Service, including device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, IP address, and app usage statistics (e.g., features accessed, time spent in the app).

To Provide and Maintain the Service: To operate the app, manage your Spirit Mas account and profile, and process your costume registration.

To Process Transactions: To facilitate and confirm payments for your costume, merchandise, and event tickets.

To Communicate with You: To send transactional emails (e.g., payment confirmations, password resets), as well as updates, promotions, and essential information about the band and events, in accordance with your preferences.

To Improve the Service: To monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve the functionality and user experience of the app.

Security and Fraud Prevention: To protect the security and integrity of the Service and prevent fraudulent transactions.

The Spirit Mas App is primarily for users in Trinidad and Tobago. However, your data may be stored and processed in any country where we have operations or where we engage service providers. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to countries outside of Trinidad and Tobago, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

Opt-Out of Promotions: You can opt-out of receiving promotional and marketing emails from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in those emails. Please note that we may still send you non-promotional, transactional messages related to your account or payments.

Access/Update Account: You may update or correct your Spirit Mas profile information at any time by logging into your account in the app.

Uninstalling the App: You can stop all collection of information by the app by uninstalling it.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the app and on our website. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted.
